Hi...My name is Sara & my BMI was 62
You look amazing and what amazing news. Congraduations on losing the weight and finally being able to enjoy your life the way you want.
I understand , I started out 63. B.M.I. and made to 49. B.M.I. I truly still have a ways it go. But, It has only been 4 months since Gastric-By-Pass. I have lost 70 since surgery. 140 pounds since starting my weight lose process.

Hi Sara-I'm in the 704 too! My BMI is 58 (shudder) but guess what? That's as high as it will ever be! I start my liquid diet for 2 weeks on Monday so it's downhill from there! I just want to get surgery over with -the closer it gets the more nervous I get .
So glad to see how well you are doing! Congrats to you!

Hi Sara,
Congrats on the great results.
My BMI was 64, now 45. went from catagories of "Super Obese" to "Extremely Obese" and about 45 lbs on my way to just "Obese". I will be happy with just overweight, Don't think I will ever get the the normal catagory (which I think is too low anyway). It's all about our health and how we feel.
I still have long way to go and am in the "it's a grind phase". Any tips on getting through the grind?
