5 years out...congratulations!!! Don't be ashamed, this is a journey...even after 5 years! I think we will all always have a challenge, but being able to recognize that and get back on track is the important thing.
The best thing about our surgery is that you can ALWAYS get back on the wagon and follow the program. That is definitely a benefit as opposed to people who do not have the benefit of our tool.
So glad your hubby is back...and now that you've celebrated and found protein again, time to get back on the wagon. You've done a fabulous job...no room to be ashamed of anything
