But I calculated and my achingly slow weight loss puts me below 50!!

Way to go! I think getting under 50 BMI was one of the best points of my pre-op stage. That was my main motivation to lose weight, and when I did it, it was great!!!

Can't wait to hear more good news - keep up the good work and let us know how it goes!

I realized to day that I am 71 BMI to a 53 BMI  All together from the first time I visited my doctor 105 pounds.  395 to 290 pounds.  I was 345 when I had my surgery. Now I am 290.  It been 62 day since my surgery.  I can believe I am under 300 pounds.  It feels so good.

I still have a 140 pounds to lose.  Hoping to get to 150 pounds.  Actually, I would be happy just get under two hundred pounds.   the last time I was under two hundred pounds was high school.

You can do it!  I started at a BMI of 71 also and today I'm a BMI of 34 - having just today dipped below 200 for the first time since high school!

Onward and upward!
