Yes I do strength training also but I am increasing my cardio to maximize weight loss.  I walk, I do Leslie Sansone DVD's, stationary bike, & elliptical.  I try to hit the gym 3 to 5 days a week.  I record my food and exercise on myfitnesspal.com and I get a lot of support on that site also.

Keep us posted on your surgery date!  Have a good weekend!

Oh thank you God for this post! I am almost three years out and have gained 60 pounds. today I reign to work from spring break. Yesterday I made another step in the right direction by getting blood work done. I'm putting myself on full liquids until I get back into drinking water and taking vitamins. High blood pressure and poor quality of life drove my decision to have surgery, I know i can do this. Thank you for being brave enough to spill your guts.

It will be okay in the end. If it's not okay.... it's not the end!

Yes you can get it back off and your welcome.  One of the best things you can do to get back on track is be honest with yourself and others.  Being in denial got us to weight before surgery.  No more denials for me.  Keep us posted.  There is also a group on here call Back On Track Together.  Check it out.

Sounds like a great plan!  My weight loss has came to a crawl, and I find that I have to curb my grazing habits!  some habits aren't easily broken.  But you will get there!  You have come so far already.
