Morning - Multi, B12, Iron - then meal.  Afternoon - 600 Calcium Citrate (not carbonate) & Vitamin D (take Calcium & Iron 2 hours apart), late Afternoon - 600 Calcium & D.  Iron & a Multi around Dinner.  Before Bed - 600 Calcium & D - Biotin, A, E, Zinc.

That is what I take.  Your body cannot absorb high potency Calcium, so don't waste your money.  Right now, I have my labs - and I am borderline low on D2 - which is odd, as I am fine on D3 -- so consider what you are taking.  Where you live can also have a little to do with D levels (sun is the BEST way to get D).  You may need Iron THREE times a day - so be aware of that.

Hope this helps!
