Stall
I have weighed the just about the same (within 1 pound) for the past 3 weeks. I know that I haven't been able to get to the gym like I should (we had 2 weeks of snow). I'm still eating right and trying to get in all my water and protein. I know this is probably normal but it still ****** me off!!!! Just needed to vent and to see if anyone has any suggestions.

When you have lost a large amount of weight the exercise will be crucial when trying to get the rest off or trying to reach your goals. Plus your body is able to absorb more now if you had RNY. Now you will really need to access what you are eating and then add exercise to it. If you are eating right and getting in exercise most days then this is a true stall.
