Consistency is Key – The point of a habit is that it doesn’t require thought. Variety may be the spice of life, but it doesn’t create habits. Make sure your habit is as consistent as possible and is repeated every day for thirty days. This will ensure a new habit is drilled in, instead of multiple habits loosely conditioned.


I am  all good with my exercise, but I struggle with consistency with my food.  That is what I am shooting for in the coming months.  Consistency.  I know I am not perfect but I want to have good healthily eating 80% to 90 percent of the time.  This to me is consistency and is my ultimate goal.

   Working on what. I eat and the times I eat.  Fining schedule that work for me and my sister.  It should not be that hard.  But, I finally found away to do it.  
            Frist, I  had to get to a place in my mind.   I truly  was going to make a change forever.   Facing the unknown is scary.   I always known what to do in my heart from reading hundreds of diet books.      So Why was I 400 hundred pounds and unhappy as he-ll and not losing weight.

      What caused me for years of pain and suffering begging God
every night as a child for God to make me thin.   The past is the past.
   You don,t always have reason for why you are fat or the reason behind way you over eat.  Or every feeling behind each bite we took in the past.
    We just have to know when and for what  reason  are we taking the next bite for.  Did we do it out of habit.  Because ,  It was there. 
      the food did not endup  in front of  you for no reason  at all.  Their is a process to buying food, getting food, sending out for food,   cooking  food and to fixing a meal and having it put in front of you and deciding to put that food in your mouth.   Their is even  a process openning a bag of  chips.   Before  mindless  
overeating and  grazing.  It  all  with  a process. 

   Changing way you process your thoughts in relationship to foods.   Once decide that  food is not that important.  Changing you shopping habits.  Changing your life is not that hard.   Making the decision
to change your life.  Is not the same as going on a diet.    Making a decision food is only important as to how it fuel my body.    Quit, Living to eat.

     I need to eat in relationship to how much exercise and weight.  I want to lose. 

    I   have spent to many years wasteing my life and destorying my health.     Thinking about food all the time.  what was going to eat.  What was going to fix for my sister before she went to work.
   I spent years watching the people I love   getting sick and          dying from overeatting garbage.   That is what I think of processed foods now.  It is all poison.   All you need to know is you can eat fruit,  vegetables, meats and dairy.  Without worrying. 
  The rest is not worth having.
