Dont no what to do!!!
I hope you can get some support for yourself - join a support group or something. Your surgeon's office will help you find that. And keep coming online - even if it takes awhile to get a response, you'll get support here.
This is TOUGH - but being really heavy is much tougher. The new life when you can move and do things is so much better. I wouldn't trade it for anything!
Take care, dear, you're going to be all right!

I'm down 120 pounds - thanks to RNY! Working on the next 25. Then I'll tackle more...
I have no regrets with this surgery. It is changing my life (actually I'm getting my life back). I have so much energy. It's nice to be able to do the Christmas shopping this year. I'm even planning a nice Christmas Eve dinner. I would not have done this last year since it hurt my knees so much to stand for long periods of time.
Think positive and find a support group. Mine is wonderful.
Get busy. Do something to take your mind off of food. If you must have some food, make sure it is fruit or veggie. Low fat meat under 150 calories. Since you need to lose 10 to 15 pounds by end of year, your best bet is as many fruits and veggies as possible. No one ever got fat eating veggies and fruits. You can do this babe! We know it is hard but you are worth it, so keep trying.
Success is NEVER giving up. Consistency not perfection! Believe in yourself and believe you are worth it. Anything in life is worth the effort, so fight for it. Fight for your life!
All of the other suggestions you received were good too. Especially the ones about finding support. Therapist, support groups, OA. Whatever it takes!! Keep reaching out and you will find your support. Build your support system!! That is what I have done since March and it is working too.
