Tabby and Molly you inspire me !!!! to keep getting back up and going on. I feel like sometimes I am a failure with this WLS stuff, meal planning, eating enough protein, I do the water GREAT, I just cannot seem to keep the calories down under 1000 and lower fats. I do not choose hi carb items or simple carbs but seems I eat carbs often in beans, tomatoes, some hi fiber /protein crackers. How do you keep the calories under 1000? I have an appt necxt week the the Nut at the surgeons office, so maybe we can cross that bridge together. I again am so inspired by you both. Needing to lose >250 lbs to be normal BMI seems an insurmountable challenge but I too shall climb that mountain on my journey to health. Thanks agian for sharing. Maja
