I had to lose 80 lbs before surgery could be scheduled. You can do this. I lived on water and tons of it, scrambled eggs about twice a day and 2 protein shakes. No or very low carbs like 20 or less a day and it melted off. It wasn't easy, but I wanted surgery. Minus 215 lbs later it was worth every struggle and tear I shed. I use Syntrax 5.0 not slim fast! Plus u need some food, just the right kind of food.

Well I don't have much to add to what everyone else have said. Most surgeons require you to lose 10 percent of your weight so 10 to 15 pounds is not bad at all. I will keep you in my prayers babe.

You CAN do this! Keep the slimfast to a minimum of 2-3 a day, and cut out all other carbs. Get small amounts of food in through lean protein like, eggs cooked in spray oil, milk, a piece of baked chicken or fish here or there. It'll come off. You CAN do this! connie
