Getting back on track
A great retreat for GBers who have "fallen off the wagon". At the retreat , you will participate in the 5 day pouch test as a group. We would also have exercise classes, weigh - ins, cooking classes, and support sessions. There will also be a field trip to a grocery store, health food store, and gym to check out products and exercises. The retreat will be called," New Year, New You." The retreat will be held in various locations throughout the country. If there are any sessions you think should be added feel free to ask. Let me know if you have interest and I can forward more information to you.
Thanks,
I'm getting back on track and I hope to see many more of us getting back on track.

Will there be any in Texas? What's the cost? I'm only 6 months post op but catch myself slipping into old habits. Think this might be a good idea to keep me from slipping? I'm really nervous about holidays and wonder if this could be helpful. Plus, I'm tired of eating the same things over and over again. I would love some new ideas.
Here are some websites that have great recipes and ideas for WLS patients, some even have links to other blogs that you may find helpful as well. I hope that this helps!

I'd be hugely interested in a local seminar for people like me. The support group sponsored by my surgeon isn't something that works for me. Frankly, this website works best for me, but I'd love a seminar, so I am interested. Thanks! connie
