Can you help me keep it going?

Mary and Teresa....and all you other BMI-Over-50 folks who are a year or more out from surgery and aren't yet where you want to go....my heart goes out to all of us.  It's work.  It's a struggle...but you know what?  We can do it.  With the help of our RNY tool and all the tricks we learned that go with it....we can...we really can do it.  And WE ARE WORTH THE WORK!! 

Please know, without your amazing stories (that I often read through tears and never respond to...that often uplift me and give me the drive I need for that day...that help me get back on my own track too) I would not have gotten as far as I have either. 

And so, let's just link arms and hearts ladies....and move on down the road to better health.  I admire you.  Every one of you.  And I believe in you.  Like Mary said...you're my peeps!!
