Congratulations Maja!

It may seem like a pain, but be glad your surgeon cares to know you are healthy enough for surgery.  That may sound ridiculous, but like the adage says, "Measure twice, cut once..." really makes sense.

Some people get frustrated with losing 10 percent of their weight before surgery, I did (a little), but I knew it was for my own good.

It sounds like you are on your way!!!  Congratulations!

I was on the pre-surgery diet for 8 months to get my heart tests and heart clearance. Trust me, it is worth the extra effort.
You will have your surgery very soon. It's in the stars!!
Stay focused and it will happen.

Great news!! Every test you pass just makes you one step closer to your surgery.  Remember Dr. Scott and Morales office is a Center Of Excellence and will do what they think is best to have a successful surgery and recovery.  Tests seem like a pain in the butt when you are doing them, however, not doing them and having a bad complication would be a bigger pain in the butt for much longer.  You and your loved ones want you to have a successful experience.  So do we.  It is worth it in the long run.  Good Luck
