A nasty habit I have to break

Well it has been a shaky 2 weeks for me. I have a problem with rewarding myself with food when I lose weight and it did not help that TOM was came right  after I lost 8 pounds.  So I have gained 6 pounds over the last 2 weeks. (I did not weigh in last week so it could have been more)

My goal is to lose 1 to 3 more pounds by next Monday for my September total.

If not I am good with the knowledge that I have not gained for the month and will have a loss for Sept which is consistent.  I am not losing what I would like to each month but I am losing something each month.

I am not going to gain anymore weight this month.

I trying to remember what they say on the Biggest loser.  Don,t let are you hard work be for nothing.  Think of all, The time spent exercising,  Don't let it be for nothing.  I have the same nasty habit  losing and regaining too.   It a hard habit to break.

I lost eighty pounds before.   Just walking and eating health.  Susan Powell Book inspirered me.  Stop the Insanity.  I can,t say I just walked.   I walked my a-ss off for three hours a day.  Just to gain it back and more.  Talk about feeling shame.

I have gotten better with time.  But, it is daily battle.
I have a hard time with water weight.  I can spend week losing to 10 to 15 pounds just to gain it back in fluid over night.

It hard exactly know how you weigh or lost.
The doctors on my sixth month diet plan have a hard time believing me.  They just believe you must be cheating.

Yes I watch the Biggest Loser.  Great show.  It has some unrealistic stuff, but I love it all the same.  I motivates me to think big and reach for the stars and to never give up on myself.

You should not be ashamed.  Just keep trying and let go of the shame.  Continue to seek help.  K.I.T Doris
