Hey guys I know I have not been around much but as I remember the weekly weigh in was on Mondays.. Where is everyone..

I read the posts that left messages in them for me last week and I appreciate you all.. I am hoping life will slow down for me soon and less doctor appointments and therapy appointments so I can actually be on here more like I used to be.. and yes I guess it is time for a new picture.. as soon as I get one taken I will get it on here..

This has been a pretty good week.. except for hormones.. hot flashes and night sweats.. aaarrrggg... but the loosing is still happening.. even without the drastic exercising I was doing before the back surgery.  Now I am just thankful to God I can walk.. Hope everyone chimes in on this post.. I would love to see how everyone is doing..

Great job Teresa!  I had a rough week.  Hit another stall.  Oh well, I keep reminding myself what someone on here told me when I began, this journey is like stairs, not a slide!
