It looks like a big loss week, but in fact I went up a few lbs last week and I've recently gotten sick to the point of dehydration the past few days, so I'm not putting that much stock into it.  It's quite possible I'll maintain or gain next week as my body corrects itself.

Have a great day, friends!  Be well :)

A small loss, I must admit some disappointment, After no loss last week I worked extra hard on the food and the exercise. Every time things slow down, I am fearful that I will stop losing for good or worse yet, gain everything back. The physical part of this journey is tough but nothing compared to the emotional!!!
Love to all the posters......hope it's an awesome week all around!

Moving in the right direction, even if it slowly.  I have only lost 11 lbs. the last 7 weeks.  I haven't gained, but have stayed about the same.  The last 2 weeks I have lost 7 of those 11 lbs.

Hoping the 3 to 4 lbs. a week keeps coming off but doubtful it will this late in the game.  The funny thing is that I haven't done anything different these last 2 weeks.  I am still eating the same and excercising the same.  Our bodies sure are funny.

I now only have 1 pair of jeans that fit me and they are big.  They are a size 18.  I really need to go shopping.

Hope everyone has a great week!

Building muscle is great (I have a calf!) but not so great for "the numbers" oh well maybe in a couple weeks it will start going down again...and it would probably help if I stopped eating so much corn!

Lovin' life though, still playing water polo, bike riding and now playing golf!

:D Good Luck Ya'll

Now that school is started, I have been thinking about food a lot less but weekends are still hard.  I want to step up my cardio to twice day.  Have to be committed.  That's my stumbling block.
Congrats to all the boardies who are on their way to better health!

I have no clothes left!  I did find someone in my area from craigslist however that is selling a bunch of clothes sizes 22-26 all for $50.  I am excited, because I did not want to go buy new stuff since I am still losing.  Hope everyone has a great week!

50 lbs lost pre-op-the rest is post op.

Back to work, first day of school, fall is in the air in Minnesota!   I feel like I can make the new start to resume proper use of my surgery tool I've been promising to myself.  The summer was holding my own, more or less.  Time to get it going again!

Woo hoo for 1/2 a pound!   LOL  - any bit helps and it hopefully gets me going.

I'm down 120 pounds - thanks to RNY!  Working on the next 25.  Then I'll tackle more...

Five weeks out and the scale has quit moving.  I know it's normal to stall -- just frustrating.

I've actually lost more since surgery since I came home from the hospital with over 30 pounds of water weight.  (Had 2 surgeries in 8 days -- a lot of IV fluid).

Bought a new scale, and even though I knew that the old one wasn't working right, I am annoyed by the number. I keep telling myself it is just a number and I am actually no heavier than I was 2 hours before I bought it, but it is not helping! (and I am ovulating!) Hope next week is better!
