14 months out and i feel amazing, do i feel i should be further along, YES but i've come so far i can't complain. It's sometimes hard to believe i've started at upwards of 380's. The last month i havent been as consistent because of depression but i'm hoping to get back on track. I've always been rather consistent with my workout and have been able to push through my jogging goals ( i love that RUNNERS HIGH). At this point the stalls are long and i'm destined to keep my body moving since i have more i want to lose. I have to make these next 6 months count before my body stop losing, i guess that's what im scared of.

You look amazing! It is even better to hear you say that you feel amazing. I am suprised how much better I feel. You are doing great and should be very proud of yourself. At 14 months out, you are a success story. Continued success to you on your journey, and again congratulations. =) chakara

You look marvelous! Keep up the hard work- we can do this. I feel the same way. It's tougher now that it's coming off slower, but I try to focus on all that I can do now that I couldn't do before and that seems to help kick it in to gear. Your smile is glowing though girl!!!!

Gosh, you look SO wonderful!  We started in a similar place and are currently in a similar place weight wise... isn't it amazing when you think about where you were at?  Wow... it always blows me away.

May I ask, how do you get your abdomen so flat!?  You have a great figure!
