A YEAR?!?!?

Hey Buds,

I've been away on vacation and my one year surgaversary just passed. So, I just want to put my 2-cents in... if there is anyone on the fence or feeling frustrated- life gets better every day.

Cuz I am free from the prison of obesity!!

Here's some things I've done since surgery., that I couldn't do before!:

Horseback riding
Hiking
Jet Skiing
BUNGEE JUMPING (can't wait to go again!)
Para-Sailing
Kayaking
Swimming in public
Ran a 5K
Walked a 10K
Wore a sleeveless shirt
Biking (up to 20miles so far)
Shopped in regular stores (I even own clothes w/out an X in front!)

Plus, I've got a new wonderful partner, and a promotion....life is good.

This is the best decision I've ever made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I walked around all day feeling like it was my birthday or something...glad you were out having a great time!

Thanks...not ready to leap any tall buildings with elastic on my leg yet(like someone around here)...but lol i'm doing pretty well.

I love posts like this! You've totally been inspiring me along the way. Congratulations on all of the wonderful milestones you've achieved - I think the best ones are the life experiences you get to have along the way! Many many kudos for your hard work - I'm in awe!
