My goals for the month of August are:

1. Continue to reduce grazing.

2.
Continue to reduce Aspartame intake.

3.
Continue to exercise 5 or more days a week.

4. Lose 2 pounds per week minimum.

What are your goals for the month??   Please share with us.

My goals for the month of August are:

1. Make a daily effort to not graze.

2. Continue my AM exercise.

3. Give my teen-ager more positive feedback (not wls related,but really weighing on my mind)

4. Make sure my youngest is working on his sight-words.
