Full recovery from relapse.
Perseverance - Never giving up on our health and self.
Patience - unhealthy habits will take time to overcome, so do beat yourself if it takes time and many relapses to overcome them.
Positive - thinking and attitudes.
After my relapse in June, I have now recovered. I re-lost the 12 pounds I gained in June. I keep in mind perfection is not the key, consistency is the key. I am so happy to have recovered. I did so with your help and my determination to get back on track. I kept repeating my new motto - The 3 P's. I am now officially losing again. I am at my lowest weight this year. It is only a little but I will take it because I am not gaining.
Now that I have learned my lesson form the last six weeks, I am ready to keep going and be consistent until I reach the dreaded plateau or reach my goals and milestones.
This month my goal is to lose 10 pounds. I with do this by being consistent with food most days and exercising most days also--no less than 5 days of exercise per week.

Three Cheers For Mollie!
For me, I have always tried to live by: It takes three weeks to make or break a habit.
If I falter during the three weeks, I pick myself up, dust myself off, and start over. Congratulations on recovering! I have been there way too many times, but I figure if I want to stay in the game, I have to keep trying (Persevere).
Patience with myself is hard for me to follow, but I am trying. I am usually my own worst enemy, but I am also my own best Friend! Patience is my Friend!
Being Positive is easier said then done, so I push myself to be a better self! I also find if I have to help others be positive, it makes me more positive -- I LOVE THIS FORUM!

You are so welcome Jenni!!! You can do it!! We both can! You have nothing to be ashamed of and at least you did not gain back all of your weight. Mind set is so important in getting back on track. Are you in group Back on Track Together? If not this group is awesome and you should join it. I am in several of the groups on OH.com and many are very helpful to keeping us mindful on our journey. They help keep us focused and get many tips on this monster inside us.
Keep up the good work!! Just coming here is helping you and is a good start for you!
