Starting Weight: 388 (May 2008)
Last Week: 244
Today: 241

If you hear whooping this week it's because I finally broke 240. My body seriously slammed on the brakes when I got down to 241 before (how many weeks ago?) But I know I've been losing some inches. I tried on a regular women's large top yesterday and it fit!

I cranked up the incline on my treadmill today to 4. I thought exercise is supposed to make you feel more energized? I want to crawl under my desk and take a nap. I know, I know. The trick is to do it consistently.

Anyway, I will now take my new B-50 tablet and get my niacin flush over. This is supposed to get better.

Another day of the post op lifestyle.

Hope everyone did great. Have a wonderful week!!

I didn't swim last week due to being super busy at work, and I didn't get there this weekend either (migraine), but I've been very compliant on my eating plan.

Goal for this week is to get back to the pool at least 2x.

Oh, and this weekend's migraine was so bad that I haven't had a cigarette since Friday. I had 2 puffs this morning and it was awful. Woohoo!

I am on vacation so was unable to weigh in this morning, but I did weigh Friday morning before I left.

Starting Weight 397
Last Week 301.8
Friday-297.8

That is right!  I am under 300 and just a few oz. away from losing 100 olbs.  I am so excited!  I have had a little bit of a rough time on vaca getting my protien in, but it is just me once again learning new behavior.  Have a great week everyone!

50 lbs lost pre-op-the rest is post op.

Wow, lookit all you losers!  WTG all!

Starting weight:  380
Surgery weight:  344
Last week:  234.8
This week:  233.2 (-1.6)

I think I'm entering the phase in which I need to get used to losses being anywhere from 0-2 lb / week.  Not thrilled with that, but my primary doc said a loss of 5 lb a month is great to aim for.  When he told me thought I thought "pshaww!!  I can do better!"  Now I'm regretting my 'tude a bit :)

Oh well, at least it's going in the right direction!  To lose about one stick of butter every single day for a week is a wonderful thing.

Surgery Sista Michelle, LOVE THE NEW PIC...you look great!

Highest Weight - 400
Starting Weight - 354
Last week - 254
This week - 254

I am sick of this stall!!!  The scale did kind of hit 253 for a half a second but settled on 254.0!  ARGH...

Anyway, I did manage to walk a mile this morning on the treadmill before getting the day going.  I have a 22 month old and she is attached to her Mommy....which I love most of the time, but trying to find time to do anything (laundry, dishes, cooking, EXERCISE...) is really hard.  She always wants my attention.  So this morning I got up before she did...left her in bed with her Daddy...and got my mile on!  Going to shoot for at least a mile each morning.

Have a great week!

Thanks, girlie!

I'm sorry about the stall - they're so infuriating.  It's so hard giving yourself the time and attention when you have a kid(s).  My daughter is older now (almost 11), so it's gotten significantly easier.  Have hope!  :)  I'm very impressed that you made it work to get your mile in - I really think it's that kind of commitment that will get you where you want to go!
