Though i haven't posted in a while, i do miss my motivational daily workout postings here, hello to all the new and vets among this awesome board. I'm still focused on my goal and havent deviated from my physical activites. Keep pushing against all odds. We can do it together.

Some ask how I survive long workouts or where I get my inspiration from. Some even ask, what’s my secret? There is no secret; my path is no easier than anyone else’s. I still have to have determination, will, drive and endurance. I start like everyone else, one step at a time. I have never worked so hard at something before in my life. How do I survive you ask?

I survive by stomping Diabetes out my past and future.
I survive by kicking heart disease with every stride I take.
I survive by slapping High Blood Pressure out of my gene pool.
I survive by not forgetting the path from which I came from.
I survive because regaining is not an OPTION!
Though flawed, I survive because the light within me refuses to dim.

I just refused to look at the mileage, kept ignoring the voice that said, girl stop and just paced myself but refused to stop. Thanks hun, it does feel amazing.
