Unbelieveable NSV, truly unbelieveable

So I had 2 major NSVs in the last 24 hours and I really wanted to share.

#1 I saw a 90% off rack at Khols and looked through. I found a pair of pants that I knew were too small, but they were $4. I wanted to check the length and oh yeah, they fit, buttoned and looked pretty cute. Saved $50!!

but wait . . . .there's more!

#2 I was walking on the treadmill, and I thought lets see if I can bump this up a little. (At home, as not to humiliate myself at the Y) I started to jog, then I kept jogging! I walked then jogged, walked then jogged, etc., etc., etc.! Can you believe it? I can't say when I last jogged. Maybe when I was in gym class in school? I never knew this was possible!  I am so proud of myself!
I still can't believe it! Yeah Me!

Yeah!!  There is nothing better than finding a good sale plus having it fit well.
Congrats on the NSVs .

Non scale victory, which we all need from time to time! I need a reminder that it is not about the number.

Ahh... AWESOME!  I understand how freeing it is the first time jogging.  I shocked the daylights out of myself.  You may be interested in going through a Couch to 5K program?  I think I'm going to start one up at least!

I decided to start the 5k training this week. I will be slower than most b/c my fitness level is not the best. But finishing is finishing.  this is the schedule I plan to follow.

I have 5 or 6 people from the vsg board willing to try. Are you in?
