Weekly Checkin for EVERYBUDDY!
Starting Weight: 388 (May 2008)
Last Week: 244
Today: 242
I had a wonderful weekend in chilly San Francisco. We were able to do so much that my SMO would have stopped cold before. Even my sister's evil stairs were not an issue.
Alas, I had to come home. I still hate the heat.

I focused on eliminating many of the carbs that had slipped into my diet and results were good! I exercised 6 days last week 5 of those days were at the gym. I was so happy with this loss because I have been doing the yo-yo thing the last month or so.

I weighed myself 2x this morning - just to see if it changed or my scale was broken. Sigh.
I had a fairly good week food-wise but was so tired that I didn't swim much. We also went out to a breakfast buffet yesterday morning. I think I made good choices there, but I did have bacon(been hanging on the DS board too much, I guess) - maybe I'm retaining water.

Buffet probably was high in sodium. All restaurant food is very high in sodium. I usually do not weigh after a restaurant day. I just drink plenty of water for 2 days and I am back to normal. At least you are mindful of what could have happened. That is all we can do and when your body is use to exercise, it can rebel against us. Keep up the good work!
