Daily eats/exercise - July 13

Howdy friends,

I joined a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) and am loving all of the fresh produce and grass fed/no hormone/cage free proteins.  I wrote about the experience here if you'd like to learn more. 

I've been getting back in the groove of water aerobics and while certain stretches are easier to do sans 140+lbs, many of the exercises tire me just as easily.  Because there's water resistence and we're using water dumbbells to increase it, it's made me wonder how much muscle mass I've lost over this past year.  I've done a lot of cardio exercise, but not so much strength based.  Hopefully after a summer of water aerobics I'll be feeling much stronger.

45+ oz extra water

Eats
1 slice egg quiche (1 CSA egg and 1/2 c CSA veggies)
CSA zucchini rounds and 1/8 c soy beans
1 can tuna, 1 Tbsp mayo, CSA green onions, and low cal tortilla
Blackberries (from our back yard) and mango chunks
CSA head lettuce with CSA ground beef, refried beans, cheese, onions, and greek yogurt (Taco salad)
