measuring inches?

  I am still pre-op but I want to measure inches lost along with weight. 

What do I measure?  waist and bust but what else?  Hips?

I got a fancy tape measure from bodybuilding.com but I just don't know where to start.

yes and neck, arms, and thighs at least. And take pics, a weird pic I wish i would have taken is the distance between my belly and my steering wheel.  This is something I see everyday, and I have a memory of what it looked like before, but I wish I had a pic.  Anyway my two cents.

Perfect thanks!  My mom is borrowing my digital camera while she is on vacation so I will be able to get photos before surgery.
