1/4 c Edamame and 5 cucumber rounds
1/2 c Sangria Sisters Orange Chicken
1/2 c watermelon and berries
2oz turkey burger with pesto and 1/2 slice swiss cheese
1/2 c greek yogurt w/ sf pudding and Fiber One

Exercise
If it's still gorgeous out, a 30 min brisk walk.  If not, elliptical.
