1/2 c greek yogurt (mixed with sf lemon pudding powder) with 1 packet Kay's Naturals Protein Cereal
1/4 c edamame, 1/2 c watermelon and blueberries
1/2 c Sangria Sisters Orange Chicken (mmmmmmm!)
3oz grilled fish and 1/2 cob of grilled corn
1/2 c cottage cheese with splenda and cinnamon
