For those of you with over 200 pounds to lose - it IS POSSIBLE!
I remember when I started my journey at almost 460 pounds. I couldn't fathom getting down to my goal weight of 250 pounds. I didn't think it was possible. I would see the posts of some of the people in this forum and be blown away. Didn't think it would ever happen that I would be a NORMAL weight. Especially after being super morbidly obese. I reached 250 last month! Yey! Now my surgeon wants to see me get to 200 pounds. Today I was at 237! Never thought I'd beat the 250;s or 350;s or hell even 450;s.
I think I"ll be happy around 200. I'll still be overweight according to the charts, but my body fat percentageis not that high. And with losing over 200 pounds eventhough I'm in my 20's I do have some loose skin that's adding weight. BUt ti's really not too bad. It's better than being that big by a LOT! And the skinj is tightening up over time.
For those of you who don't think it's possible - it is.
It's crazy when people start lookiing at you as inspiration. It's crazy. But if you share your story you can also help people.

Oh yes it is possible!!!!! I'm not at my goal weight yet, but I'm getting a little closer every day! I started at 597lb and if someone told me i would need to lose 400lb to get to my goal weight i think i would have fainted! lol now 18months after surgery I'm closer than I have been since I was 18! wooo hooo!
Sometimes when I haven't seen people in awhile, I forget how much I have actually lost until they are almost speechless...and some barely recognize me lol
