Daily eats / exercise - Monday, June 28th

This was NOT a good eating weekend.  Too many simple carbs.  Too much snacking.  It needs to stop and it WILL stop. 

Anyone want to join me in journaling?

Drinks
Iced coffee with vanilla protein powder
Goal:  55+ oz water

Eats
2oz turkey burger on low carb wrap with lettuce and tomato
3/4 c watermelon and pineapple chunks
string cheese
1/2 c cottage cheese
Salad with boiled egg and 2oz ham, small amount of veggies
1/2 c. greek yogurt with sf flavorings

Exercise
40min elliptical
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2
