Surgery consult wt (June 09):  380
Surgery wt:  344
Last week:  251.4 (weight taken last Tuesday)
This week:  245 (weight taken on Sunday evening after dinner - so I suspect I'm more like 243-244)

So, here's the deal.  Normally I WI every Tuesday.  I was in a stall for 3 weeks.  I was a mess emotionally.  I had my kiddo hide the scale with the intention of not weighing for two weeks.  I made it 5 days.  LOL  But, I had her hide it again and hope to go another five days.  I'd like to slowly break the obsession with it.

I feel GREAT about being in the mid 240's and I realized I needed to come up with a reward to work towards for getting to 150 lbs down.  It's 15 lbs a way and will be an awesome goal to hit.

This Week 212!!!!
What a week, in so many ways....Seems all the folks I love are in a crisis, I've worried and cried and prayed like never before. Also had the Relay for Life on Friday evening. So no sleep. I was able to walk 12 laps! Last year I couldn't even walk the survivor's lap. I remember being broken hearted and embarrassed so this is such an achievement!
Michelle, Love the scale hiding idea,,,,I need ro follow your lead. I leave Saturday for a week in Nebraska doing a mission project, I can say I am looking forward to being away from the scale. It seems to rule my life and I did all of this to be FREE!!!

My weigh in day is Tuesday, so I'll post tomorrow.  But I think I'm down.  :)   I'm pretty strict about the once a week weigh in, but snuck on Saturday morning and it looked to be down a few.   After a 5 week stall (with one down & one up week), it would be great.

I'm finally happy be be below 220. I was up against that wall for almost a month. I'm sure my surgeon would be disappointed with the rate of my loss but oh well.

I've fallen off of the work out wagon. I need to get my head on straight and claw my way back on to the damn thing. I have a great work out buddy and I'm fearful she will abandon me for a slacker. You can only help people help themselves and I'm very aware of that. She is a very patient woman but everyone has their limits.

Hope everyone has a great week!
