Daily eats / exercise - Thursday, June 17

Morning, all! 

Hit a new record on the elliptical - 45 minutes last night!  Felt awesome.  I feel even more awesome now that the scale is hidden from me.  I've wrote a few entries about this on my journal (link in signature) if you're curious.  

Today's plan...

Coffee with vanilla protein powder and hood milk
Nectar protein drink

1/2 c watermelon chunks and 5 slices dried unsweetened banana
Cup of slices of cucumber and cherry tomatoes with 1 Tbsp natural hummus
1/2 c cottage cheese
2oz pork with a mushroom sauce (made with greek yogurt)
1/2 c homemade buffalo chili
1/2 slice protein cake with 2 tsp sf caramel syrup

cals - 865
protein - 117

Exercise - either outdoor walk with my kiddo or elliptical/free weights.  MAYBE a bike ride.  Depends on how curageous I feel (haven't rode in my neighborhood yet due to hills)
