Coffee with scoop of protein powder and 1 c Hood milk
Nectar protein drink

3/4 c. mixed fruit
1/2 c. chili with sprinkle of cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. cherry tomatoes and edamame with handful of unsweetened banana chips
2oz grilled chicken with 1/2 c. sugar snap peas
1/2 c. greek yogurt with flavorings

Total cals: 850
Total protein: 120g
