Hiya everyone... TGIF!  Hope all is well in your worlds :) 

Drinks

Nectar protein drink
Water goal - 50+ additional oz

Eats
Kashi Go Lean Vanilla Oatmeal
Hard boiled egg
1/2 c Sangria Sisters Tofu Mac 'n Cheese (with added broccoli)
1/6th avocado and 1/2 c mixed fruit
Tuna with 1 Tbsp lf mayo on a lettuce wrap
1/2 c greek yogurt with sf flavoring

Exercise
30 min walk on campus during the workday - tonight we have a long softball game for my kiddo
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

Cheese and crackers for breakfast
Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie for Lunch
Dinner? Not sure but I think Lobster and Salad!

Exercise:
Walk for 45 mins
