jlph, so glad you joined me yesterday!  These threads are lonely, but they help my accountability is much.  It's great to have a partner in crime :) 

Yesterday I had an exercise milestone!  I was able to do 40 min on the elliptical instead of 30.  Woohoo! 

Drinks
Coffee with 1/2 c hood
Nectar protein drink
50+ additional fl oz

Eats
1/2 c pork and tofu stir fry
1/2 c cottage cheese
10 shrimp and 1 Tbsp ****tail sauce
1/4 c edamame
Salad with grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, and edamame
1 c watermelon chunks

Exercise
Walk to/from knitters night
