Hope someone joins me today!!!  Come on you losers!  Let's rock!

Drinks
Nectar protein drink
60+ additional fluid ounces

Eats
1/2 c cottage cheese
3/4 c Sangria Sisters Tofu with Pork and Cashews
10 shrimp and 1 Tbsp ****tail sauce
1/4 c shelled edamame and 3 dried apricots
1 egg salad lettuce wrap (made with 1 Tbsp lf mayo and green onions)
1 c watermelon chunks

(boy, seems like I eat all day lol - I guess I do!)

Exercise
30 min elliptical and 10 min free weights - OR if it's nice and cool tonight, a 30 min walk outdoors instead
