6/7 Weekly Reckoning: How did YOU do?
CARBS
I so hear ya, girl. I love 'em but they don't love me. Hugs to you and here's hoping this next week feels more settled and physically good.

Yep that's how I feel too- those evil ones!
Oh and get this- I totaled my car on Friday too! Life is only getting more nuts as the days pass, but I'm back on track today and excited to go for a bike ride!

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger! (Both you and Teresa should be strong enough to lift one of those accordian Muni busses by now! )
Hang in there!
The bike ride is much better than going crazy in the bakery at Andronico's. (Why I'll never be able to live in San Fran.) Rechannel the stress into activity.

One food makes you larger, and one food makes you small...

Oh and I have to stay outta Andro's cuz they have these mousse cups that are DIVINE!

I will be gracing your fair city sometime in July.
I didn't need to know that!
I'm very proud that I have almost overcome my addiction to Andro's "adult brownies." Of course, that's pretty easy to do when your closest store is 400 miles away.

I'm almost sorry to say I've had a good week. Sorry for the struggles the rest of you are experiencing. My 3 week stall just lasted one week, hope yours is the same.
Starting Weight (1/10) 303
Surgery Weight (3/15) 269
Last Week :223

IS it normal not to be eating hardly at all at this stage? I dring protein coffee in the morning 46 gr. then crystal light with unflavored protein for 51 gr. I am lucky to eat one very small meal and some days can only tolerate a few bites.
I cleaned out a full closet of clothes today. 4 JUMBO space bags full. They were either too big or fit now but are winter weight. Any ideas what to do with them all? There is a lot of money tied up in them so I would like to see some money back. I thought about consignment but I have to sort them by season and hold some till fall and I want them gone. I have them on craigslist. thought about ebay but that would be a ton of work. They are size 22-26. any ideas would be appeciated. should have gone to support group tonight, there might have been someone there....oh well. I'm a slacker today!
Here's to a big weight loss week!!! GO get em girls!!!!

DON'T EVER APOLOGIZE FOR HAVING A GOOD WEEK!
When I lose 4, gain back 3, lose 4, gain back 5 (stalling), seeing people doing well makes me feel that it's all worth it. I'll get off my soap box now.
I just take my clothes to Goodwill or Salvation Army. You could try selling them in lots on Ebay. I've never brought anything to a support group swap, but I have picked up stuff there.
The important thing is to get them out of your house -- dump the clutter!

Way to go on your great week! I echo Patti's sentiments - never apologize for that!
I've brought clothes to my support group, given to other friends, sold on ebay, sold on craigslist, sold at a garage sale, and donated. Just depends on the quality of the item, truthfully. But you're right - ebay is a lot of work. I bundled it in a lot on ebay to sell, thinking it would make it easier, but I think I lost out on $$$ doing that as well.

HW: 380
SW: 344 (I've been saying 336, but I screwed up - after looking at my log book I see it was actually 344! Doh!)
Last week: 253
This week: 251.8
So I would be happy about the 1.2 loss if it weren't for the fact that last week I was up 0.8. Feels like I've been in the low 250's for awhile - maybe I've hit the 6 months out stall that everyone talks about? Kind of a drag that it's so close to the 240's, but I'm trying to not let it bother me too much (or so she says lol.
Eating wise this week was much better than the previous. Most notably is carbs - man, it takes very little of them to make me feel like crappola! Oatmeal I do ok with, but if I work in too many crunchy protein snacks or protein bars, I feel like sleeping for a month.
