Daily eats / exercise - Monday, June 7th

Good morning!  Hope some folks will join me today in journaling planned eats and exercise :) 
 
Drinks
Decaf coffee with 1/2 c hood milk on ice
Nectar drink
Goal: 45+oz additional water

Eats
Kashi Go Lean Vanilla Oatmeal - 9 g protein per serving - love this stuff.
Turkey and provolone roll up and 1/2 c cooked broccoli
1/2 c. pineapple and blueberries
1 hard boiled egg
Tuna and rf mayo on a lettuce wrap
1/2 c. cottage cheese

Exercise
I'm gonna have to sneak in a 20 min walk during work - from the minute I leave we'll be rushing to my kiddo's away softball game and probably won't get home until 8:30 or so. 
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2
