Hi everyone, I have a question about High Protein, Low carb drinks.  Which ones are the best ones..  I've heard folks say get the syntrax nectar or the Isopure, and a few other ones..   Just not sure which ones are the best tasting and provide me with the nourishment I am going to need..  HELP !!!

Best tasting is so dependent on your own tastebuds.  Here are the two I use:

GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate 28 (in vanilla, chocolate, and unflavored) - pricey, but if you're a GNC member the deals make it not so bad.

Syntrax Nectar (in Twisted Cherry)

I thought EAS was nasty.  Body Fortress (Walmart brand) I only use if desperate.  But I know others that prefer these brands.  Vitalady.com sells individual serving samples of many brands - I ordered a slew of them and that helped somewhat to narrow it down.  Good luck!

It's definitely a tastebud thing. Im doing liquid pre-op myself while waiting for education class etc.

I used Body Fortress and the chocolate is ok with skim milk but with water bleh.

Vanilla I like all around, it's pretty tasty even in water.
