Morning, all!  Sorry I've been lax about this thread.  Things here are still going good, just haven't had as much time to pop in and document it.

My thoughts are with Teresa and sending her big BMI 50+ boardie hugs.

Drinks
20oz decaf coffee with skim and Splenda
20oz Nectar protein drink
30oz+ additional water

Eats
1/2c cottage cheese
2oz Sangria Sisters Tomato and Basil Pesto Chicken
7 turkey pepperoni slices and 1/2 c mixed fruit
2oz corned beef and 4-5 cooked baby carrots
1 packet Kay's Naturals protein cookie bites (mmm, a nice evening treat).

Exercise
Undecided yet - depends on whether I take a long walk on campus today.  If not, probably elliptical.

Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2
