I had a doctor's appointment today, a follow up to having my gallbladder removed last week.

My weigh in today I am at 225.5! I am a pound and a half away from 100lb lost! And it gets even better... my BMI is now 39. I am no longer morbidly obese! OH YEAH! This rocks!

That is great! Hopefully at next weeks weigh in you will have hit that 100lb mark,
