5/24 Weigh-in: Howz it goin?

That eating more slowly thing is still a big issue for me. I seriously thought about buying a minute egg timer/minute glass thing and using it to slow myself down when I was early out.

Take it easy with real food at first.

Starting weight - 325+
Day of surgery - 302
Last week - 231
Yesterday - 225.6

It isn't as great a loss as it seems. I was 227.2 the Monday before last and went to San Diego for a week. I'm pleased that I"ve had a loss but a bit bummed that I've only lost 1.6lbs in 2 weeks. I need to get back on the workout wagon. My workout buddy has been feeling under the weather and I can't seem to motivate myself to get to the gym without her. You would think that it was in a secret location or something.

Eating I've been not totally on track but I've done a stellar job ignoring all the candy and other crap at work. I think I would have an easier time if only the sun would come out and stay out.

I am psyched to be in the low 280s! my go****s been a long time. I was ill recently and had a flash of 279... hoping to get back there :)
