Wow's not Woe's

I made people gasp yesterday at a new support group when I told them how much I used to weigh.

It was an awesome feeling and it came after I finished my first 5k. I did it on the treadmill in exactly 44 min.  sure that was a 14min mile, but I jogged most of it and am so happy today!!

Yeah for NSV's!!!

You should be dancing all around for the accomplishments you have made!! You are a inspiration to everyone on the boards and I would like to say congrats with many more WOW moments for you!! Keep up the great work and Im giving you a huge pat on the back!! YOU GO WOMAN!!!

Ahhhhhh, I love it!  NSV's are freaking awesome!
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

I agree- post more NSV's people- they are way better than numbers on a scale!
