Good Morning Everyone.. lousy  stormy day here.. and only 58 degrees.. brrrr.. crazy weather.. suppose to be almost 90 on Sunday... well anyway I can't be too down on the day because my new treadmill is on the way.. yippee... I can finally walk the right way on a treadmill that works on days like today..

Woohooo for new workout toys!  Hope you love it!

Today has been a little off.  I worked from home and didn't follow my normal schedule.

Scrambled egg with sprinkle of shredded cheese and slice of pineapple
La Tortilla Factory 50 cal tortilla with 1/2 c. diced turkey breast, 1 Tbsp rf mayo, and chopped green onions
String cheese
SF Pisctacio pudding made with Hood milk
1/2 Wasa cracker and 1 Tbsp hummus
Kay's Natural's Honey Cookie Bites (165cal, 15g protein)

Too many carbs and I feel it.  Gonna have a big protein shake tonight and call it a day.  Normally I start my day with the shake.  Feeling a little out of sorts.   Day will end at 900 cals and 100g protein though, so overall it's fine.  Going to Albany for a work meeting tomorrow which means 6 hours total in the car and a long meeting.  My Laptop Lunchbox will be allll packed up. 

I posted today about getting rid of my dinnerware that I associate with binge eating.  Have any of you had things that remind you of your old eating habits and had to get rid of them?
