and ALSO dont you just hate people that think because your big means you cant have a life? like some of the people i know think its insane that im so heavy when im on the move all the time! i do not have a job, but i am a stay at home mom, a cheer coach and a dog mom who is ALWAYS on the run, hiking walking doing something never have much time to sit and be in bed all the time! and they wonder why im not skinny!!!
I have had an endoscopy before and it wasn't horrible - they gave me enough to knock me out, thankfully. I remember the lady putting the bite block in and then I woke up crying. The colonoscopy was something of a different story though...I had five people trying to get an IV line [for anesthesia] in different veins at once, including the anesthesiologist who thought my feet were fair game...I’m surprised I still don’t have holes in my tongue from biting it so hard from not telling some of those people to go play in traffic…Ugh!
I swear sometimes I think medical professionals think that just because we are bigger certain things don't/won't hurt us as much as they would an 'average' sized person...
