Teresa, thank you so much :)  You've been a wonderful cheerleader for me... it's been so great getting to know you here.  Your six month anniversary is coming up too!  What a wild half of a year, huh?

Drinks

Eats
1/2 Leftover Pork Chop Stuffed with Feta and Spinach
1/4 c. edamame and 1/4 c. cherry tomatoes
String cheese and 1/2 c. mixed fruit (grilled pineapple, strawberries, grapes)
Slice of leftover protein loaf and side of green beans 'n almonds

Exercise
Didn't exercise yesterday as planned - the track was being used for a track meet (imagine that LOL) and I decided I needed the support group meeting more than anything.  So, tonight will be 30 min. elliptical and 15 min. free weights. 
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

Good Morning everyone..

Michelle... yes it has been a wild ride.. and I am sure it will continue to be.. never a dull moment... always new challenges but also new NSV's and yes even the scale is becoming my friend.. imagine that.. lol..   hard to believe that a half a year has gone by.. I hope the next six months prove to be a good as these have been..

Food: all protein, low carb., not enough water

exercise: 2hr dance class
Food: 1 lite protein shake, 1 chicken breast grilled, dinner??
