Happy Monday, all :)  Today marks me being 6 months out from surgery.  I blogged about it early this morning with updated before/after pics and a video journal entry... I'm so grateful for everything that has happened.

60+ oz water

Protein bar
Leftover Pork Chops Stuffed with Feta and Spinach (Cooking Light recipe)
1/2 c strawberries, 1/2 c greek yogurt, Fiber One
Leftover lean protein loaf (mix of lean ground meat, oatmeal, black beans)
1/2 c cottage cheese

Exercise
3-4 mile wallk with interval jogging
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

Godd morning everyone...

Michelle... happy 6 mo anniversary.. You have done so well.. I am proud for you.. keep it up.. you have come so far.. look at the exercise alone.. 3-4 mile walks and JOGGING too.. I know you have had many NSV and scale ones too..but at 6 months you have only just begun, so look forward to many many more.. glad you could post pictures I can't wait to go see them and read your blog.. many others can not get pictures to post on here this week.. and the tickers are not working either... I have  reached 50 lbs lost since surgery as of today.. 117 total.. I only have about 60 to go to get to goal.. I am excited and cant even get the tracker to take the new weight..
