im new here, well about a month in to the OH website, but this is my first time posting to this forum, i decided to come here because i have a BMI iver 50 :o( and im just starting my journey so id love some friends advice whatever i can get from all of you that seem to have a close nit friendship here....

thank you so much for the warm welcome! exactly what i need!
right now im just starting my journey, ive already seen one surgeon but i didnt feel very comfy with him, i felt i was being rushed out of his office so i decided not to go with him and to go with my first choice even if hes further away... this doctor ROCKS MY SOCKS! or as ellen would say he freaks my freak! haha... i get to go on the 15th of june to start my first of 6 months diet and Nut visits, so im guessing sometime after christmas i will be getting my surgery!!! ive canceld out lap band and want RNY but of course whatever my doctor thinks will work best for me and im good with i am going to do!
there is so much to live for and i cannot wait any longer! im just so glad i found this website with others who know how it feels, and how it has been, that can give me great insight and help me along the way!
so thank you all! and dont worry im addicted to this site and will post OFTEN!
