It is a dreary day here again.. looks like it will rain any time...  I have a lot to do inside today so that's ok.. today is major house cleaning day.. yuck...

good evening!!!!! better late than never!  :)

1c. of chicken chunks, kidney beans, chick peas, cheese, and some lettuce (basically I ordered a salad and mostly ate the toppings lol)
1 packet of Kay's Naturals protein crisps
1/2 Pork Chop Stuffed with Feta and Spinach (YUM!!!)

Exercise
Break night - doing a 4 mile walk/jog tomorrow
