Protein decaf coffee

Eats
1/2 c greek yogurt and Fiber One
1/2 c. orange slices and strawberries
1/2 c. Sangria Sisters Tofu with Pork and Cashews (more leftovers lol)
7 turkey pepperoni slices and handful of baby carrots
2 lean meatloaf balls and asparagus spears

Exercise
30 min elliptical + 15 min free weights

Good Morning Everybody..      Nice warm day and the sun is shining... :)

I am headed out to the PCP this morning to get the results of my 6 month labs... hope they are good.. I take my vitamins everyday and never miss so if they are off we will have to adjust...
